Every day in New York’s prisons and jails, there are more than 5,000 people in solitary confinement who spend 23-hours-a-day in a locked cell. In these torturous conditions, people experience intense suffering and often severe psychological and physical damage.

Call your legislators and ask them to cosponsor the HALT Act (A.3080/S.4784) and end the torture.
